cPanel Hosting
Somewhere for your site to sit and behave itself.
Most business websites don't need anything clever. They need a fast local server, a certificate that never expires, a backup somebody has actually tested, and a person to phone. That is what this is — the plan the majority of our clients are on, whether or not we built the site.

We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Domain registration and renewal are billed separately.
What You Get
The parts that decide whether it holds up.
Local NVMe Storage
NVMe drives with LiteSpeed caching in a South African data centre, so local visitors aren't waiting on a round trip to Europe.
SSL That Renews Itself
HTTPS on your domain and every subdomain, issued and renewed automatically. Nobody ever sees a browser warning.
Mail On The Same Plan
Mailboxes on your own domain, with webmail, IMAP and spam filtering — not a separate provider and a separate invoice.
Backed Up Off-Site
Daily backups kept away from the server they came from, and restored on request. We test the restore, not just the backup.
Moved Across For You
We copy the site and the mail, test them on a temporary address, and only then move the DNS. Downtime is usually none.
Watched, Not Assumed
Uptime checks every few minutes, so a site being down is normally something we're already fixing when you notice.
The right fit for most business sites.
Managed shared hosting for business websites, with mailboxes on your own domain included.
Shared hosting has a bad name because it is usually sold by the thousand and oversold by the same margin. Ours is capped per server and tuned per site. If your site is a shop window rather than a system, this is the plan — and if it ever isn't, moving up a tier or onto a VPS is a change of invoice, not a rebuild.
What people run on it
- Brochure, marketing and portfolio sites
- Static builds, plain HTML and standard PHP
- WordPress and other common content systems
- Small stores with a handful of daily orders
- Business mail on your own domain
- Landing pages and campaign microsites
- Sites we didn't build, migrated across
Questions
Before you move over.
Switching hosts sounds like a big job. It usually isn't — we do the moving.
Do you have to have built my site to host it?
No, and plenty of the sites we host we didn't build. If it runs on standard PHP, WordPress or a static build, we can almost certainly take it as it is.
How does moving from my current host work?
We copy the site to our server and test it on a temporary address first. Mail is migrated the same way, with the old mailboxes left running until you've confirmed everything arrived. Only then does the DNS change. Worst case it's minutes of downtime, usually it's none.
Is email really included?
Yes. Every plan includes mailboxes on your domain — two on Starter and unlimited above that — with spam filtering, webmail and IMAP on your phones and laptops. We set the devices up as part of the move.
What if my site outgrows the plan?
You move up a tier and we pro-rata the difference. If it outgrows shared hosting altogether we'll say so and move you onto a VPS, which is the same conversation and the same data, on a bigger box.
Can I get into cPanel myself?
If you want it, yes. Most clients would rather ask us for the thing they need than learn a control panel, so the default is that we do it — but the login is yours if you'd prefer to hold it.
