Most of what goes wrong on a small business site is a handful of known things: a plugin update that took the checkout with it, a theme that never worked properly on a phone, images nobody compressed, a certificate that lapsed. We diagnose it first, quote a fixed figure against what we found, and only then touch anything. If the site turns out to be beyond saving, we will say so rather than bill you to keep it upright.

What does a website rescue actually cost?
From R1,500. That is the entry point for a diagnosed, fixed-price job — a broken form, a plugin conflict, a mobile layout that has come apart. Bigger jobs cost more, but you are told the figure before anything is touched, and the diagnosis is what the figure is quoted against.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
No. We work on the site where it already lives, and we will ask your current host for access rather than move anything. If the hosting itself turns out to be the problem — and sometimes it is — we will tell you, and moving is then your decision rather than a condition.
How long does it take?
The diagnosis is normally back with you within one business day. Most jobs are finished inside a week of the quote being approved, and something urgent — a site that is down, or a checkout that is not taking payment — is usually same or next business day.
What if the site is too far gone to fix?
Then we say so. Sometimes the honest answer is that a site built on an abandoned theme with twenty-odd plugins costs more to keep upright than to replace, and we will show you the maths for both. You are not billed for a rescue we do not believe in.
Can you make small changes rather than fix something broken?
Yes — new pages, price changes, swapped photos, a form that needs another field. Same fixed-price arrangement: tell us what you want changed and we come back with a number. If small changes come up every month, Website Care works out cheaper than paying for them one at a time.
