Questions
Before you move over.
Switching hosts sounds like a big job. It usually isn't — we do the moving.
Do you have to build my website to host it?
No. We host plenty of sites we didn't build. Tell us who you're with now and we'll handle the migration, including your mailboxes and DNS, usually without downtime.
Can I take email hosting on its own?
Yes. If your website lives elsewhere we can host just the mailboxes on your domain — priced per mailbox, so ask and we'll quote against the number of people you need.
What about my domain name?
We register new domains and transfer existing ones, and manage the DNS either way. Domain fees are billed at cost, separately from the hosting plan.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You move up whenever it makes sense and we pro-rata the difference. Nothing needs to be rebuilt or moved to change tier.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are paid up front for the year at a 10% discount.
What is your uptime like?
We target 99.9% availability and monitor every site we host, so an outage usually reaches us before it reaches you. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and runs outside business hours.
