How quickly we reply, which channel suits what, and what the first conversation costs.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually inside one business day, and often the same day. We are open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 South African time, and closed on weekends. If something is urgent and you are already a hosting client, phone rather than email.
What is the best way to reach you?
Whichever you prefer — phone, email and WhatsApp all reach the same people and none of them goes into a ticket queue. For anything with detail in it, email is easiest because it keeps the specifics in one place. To talk something through, book a call and pick a time that suits you.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if you are in or near Gqeberha. Most work is done remotely and most clients never need a meeting, but we are a real business at a real address in Salisbury Park and you are welcome to arrange one.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The introductory call is free, there is no obligation attached to it, and nothing is quoted during it — we would rather understand the problem first and send you a considered number afterwards.
