What does hosting cost?
It's on published plans rather than quoted — the tiers, what's on each and the annual saving are all on the hosting page.
Do I have to have built the site with you?
No. We host plenty of sites we didn't build. If it runs on standard PHP, WordPress or Node we can almost certainly take it.
How does moving from my current host work?
We copy the site to our server, test it on a temporary address, and only then change the DNS. Mail moves the same way. Downtime is usually none, and worst case it's minutes.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us first. For anything caused by the platform we're on it immediately; for anything caused by your code or plugins we'll tell you what broke and quote the fix if it's outside the plan.
