Something on your website is broken, slow or throwing errors — we find out what, tell you what it costs, and fix it.

Most of what goes wrong on a small business site is a handful of known things: a plugin update that took the checkout with it, a theme that never worked properly on a phone, images nobody compressed, a certificate that lapsed. We diagnose it first, quote a fixed figure against what we found, and only then touch anything. If the site turns out to be beyond saving, we will say so rather than bill you to keep it upright.

Website Care Plan

WordPress and plugin updates, backups, security, monitoring and monthly development time — a developer on hand, not a hosting plan.

The reason most small business websites break is that nobody is looking after them: plugins go a year without an update, the backup nobody ever tested turns out not to exist, and the one person who knew how to change the prices has left. This is the standing arrangement that prevents all of that, plus development time each month for the changes you have been meaning to make. It is not hosting — you can be on our servers or somebody else's. It is somebody being responsible for the site.
